What Does An Independent Finance Broker Do?

We source a wide range of commercial finance products for our clients, working with a large panel of over 100 lenders. Once we have discussed your requirements and current circumstances, we can then match you up with lenders and request quotations.

If needed we can help to compare lending offers, negotiate with banks and lenders and also guide you through the whole application process to completion.

Our Process Usually Looks Like This:

Fact Find > Required Documents/Info > Quotation > Application > Completion

This can take a few days or a few months depending on the type of finance and complexity of the transaction. Typically unsecured loan applications are the quickest and property transactions take longer.

Most importantly we pride ourselves on world class customer service, we are working for you as an independent broker to help you access your business needs.

What Are Your Fees?

We do not charge any fees for a no obligation quote on any of our commercial finance services.

We don’t charge any broker fees on Business Finance and Invoice Finance applications. We may sometimes need to charge a small fee on some Commercial Property Mortgage applications due to the complexity involved.

In some instances we may receive payments and/or commission for introducing you to a lender.
